Chef Tolu Eros, Founder of ILÉ and ILÉ Bistro, began his entrepreneurial journey at 13, selling snacks. His passion for food emerged during university in the UK. Eros is known for catering to dignitaries and opened ILÉ Eros, a renowned Nigerian restaurant, in Los Angeles bringing West African cuisine to global acclaim.
Chef Eros shares signature Nigerian dishes with diners including Jollof, Pepper Soup, and Suya, delivering an unforgettable culinary experience.
Chef Jay’s is a rock star.
Both a biker and a chef, Chef Jay is a reference in African cuisine. He was a jury for Master Chef in London in 2011, he also participated in the African show Star Chef in 2016 and has since then shared his recipes on – “Cuisines” from Canal+.
In November 2019, he inaugurated Jay’s Meat and Seafood restaurant in Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire, a new gourmet lair and a sophisticated version of Jay’s Zone 4.
